Wall St cried when Volcker pulled the plug in the early '80's.

Market looks sick as a dog.

The big money is definately hedging and selling ahead of the Fed's plans.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04450070920047311928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6492542366661862113.post-57413301516533709702011-06-06T06:44:12.743-07:002011-06-06T06:44:12.743-07:00I do not believe we are looking at a QE3 or QE2.5,...I do not believe we are looking at a QE3 or QE2.5, I think the Fed will stand pat this time. I have always been put off with the Feds bowing to what the street wants. Wall St. reminds me of a spoiled child, they throw a tantrum when they do not get what they want, which is what the Fed has done all along in giving in & just like a spoiled child that gets what it wants all the time you just create a bigger issue in the future. At some point some tough love is required and either the economy will be able to pull itself out of the hole or it will faulter until a real solution it obtained. I'm scared too, I think harder times are ahead not just for the US but globally.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6492542366661862113.post-33995133291463599362011-06-03T22:48:08.035-07:002011-06-03T22:48:08.035-07:00Rex

Man...Thanks Get

Felt good to write a post again:)

Man it's a tough call. The Fed shouldn't do it but I don't see how they can't without the market being blown to smithereens.

The question I have is will they wait a bit and see what happens before pulling the trigger?

This shit is getting serious. If they do a QE3 we could have $6 gas by the end of the summer.

The currency will get smashed.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04450070920047311928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6492542366661862113.post-20289013710358211582011-06-03T14:42:55.177-07:002011-06-03T14:42:55.177-07:00The US FED will never choose deflation, no matter ...The US FED will never choose deflation, no matter what else happens. We are on the same page here, and I think QE 3 is not only wanted by Wall Street but it is built into their expectations, just like I said it would. The FED will now have to manage that expectation. Great to read you!EconomicDisconnecthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02802078645713106743noreply@blogger.com
