China: Don't Believe the Hype?

I am a big Vanguard fan and I thought this was a fascinating look at what is going on in China from the inside economically.

Can China really become the engine of economic growth that the world desperately needs without the US consumer? My thought is no way but you decide:

Maybe we can outsource Jeff Reed to China to start making all the paper towel dispensers Sheetz probably will need to buy after he got back to Pittsburgh yesterday.

That was one crazy NFL day!

Play of the day, Ray Lewis almost kills Darren Sproles on 4th and 2 at games end, what a hit!

Patriots seemed to be confused that the Jets were blitzing almost every down and never made even a single adjustment during the game. It looked just like the 07 Superbowl. Huge step down for the Pats.

Saints light up Philadelphia for 48 points, and no, McNabb does not play defense so that is no excuse.

The Bears pull one out of their butts and beat the Steelers? Great defensive game.

I think that covers all the bases. With an improving situation on the family mediacl front (very much improved) I hope to get back to bsuiness tomorrow nigt.

They squeezed the palm shorts today too. Charts say it is safe but looks like market is about to correct...the shorts may end up fattening the pig if there is another push to close the gap around 1100.

On the housing and NFL front - coach billick must be expecting a job elsewhere next season as his estate in reisterstown is on the market. He paid 815k in 99 and is trying to sell for 2.6 mil (after a couple price cuts). I thought he was better than that.
