You know things are getting bad when Comedy Central and The Onion have more insightful coverage than the regular media. Good find.

I can't believe we would put the economic future of the country in the hands of a man that could choose bathroom tiles that are so hideous.

That's it. From now on, besides the intensive political scrutiny a person should have to go through in order to be considered for a political appointment, their homes should be opened up to see that there are no blatant design errors as well.

If that had happened, Timothy Geithner would never have been appointed Treasury Secretary. They might have been able to overlook the fact that he had not paid taxes for many years, but I dare ANYONE to overlook the tile pattern in that mans bathroom.

I rest my case.

LOL

That reporter was great. What a tool Geithner is.

It is sad when Comedy Central is more insightful then CNBC.

BTW

The dollar is getting creamed again tonight after getting crushed Friday.

There are rumors floating around of a 15% devaluation of the dollar by the gov.

No idea if this is true. Something is brewing though folks. HOld on tight.

Currency traders have been in a panic the last few days.

Jeff,
Now I would never ask about details, but in your opinion, is the devaluation rimor from a credible source? Adding to this is a strange story of a "Trawler" that was scuttled off the Argentine coast, the cargo was gold and silver unrefined material. Plenty of questions, but very interesting:

John Budden an investment guy out of Canada said it on a radio show over the weekend.

He claims to have heard it from someone in the Obama team.

Here is his site. He doesn't mention anything about it on here.
